This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs the standards of behaviour for users of the community features, including the “Inner Circle,” comments sections, and all interactive areas on FreyaLusty.com (the “Site”). By using these features, you agree to abide by this AUP.

Personal attacks, insults, threats, harassment, or defamatory statements directed at other users or the author (Freya Lusty) will not be tolerated. 2.2. This includes copying and sharing the stories or character profiles from the Site. 3.6. Malicious Software: Attempting to upload or distribute viruses, worms, malware, or any other destructive or disruptive code. 3.7. Impersonation: Impersonating any person or entity, including Freya Lusty staff, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

4.1. Monitoring: Freya Lusty reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor all content posted on the Site’s interactive areas. 4.2. Removal of Content: Freya Lusty, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to remove any content that violates this AUP immediately and without warning. 4.3. Consequences of Violation: Violation of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions: * Warning or temporary suspension of community privileges. * Permanent removal of the offending content. * Immediate and permanent termination of the user’s membership and access to the Site without refund. 4.4. Reporting Violations: Users are encouraged to report any content or activity that they believe violates this AUP to the Site administrator at co*****@***********co.uk.
