Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs your purchase and use of the subscription services (“Service”) offered on FreyaLusty.com (the “Site”). By subscribing to the Service, you agree to this Policy.

2. General Policy on Refunds

2.1. Digital Content and Immediate Access: The Service provides instant, unlimited access to digital content, including the “Story Vault” and “Character Hub,” immediately upon purchase and successful payment. 2.2. Waiver of Refund Rights: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the right to a 14-day cancellation period for digital content is waived once the download, streaming, or access to the content has begun. 2.3. No Refunds: As content is immediately available and accessed upon payment, all subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credit for any partial subscription periods, unused content, or lack of use during the membership term. 2.4. Currency: All transactions and charges are processed in GBP (Β£). We are not responsible for any currency fluctuations or bank fees applied by your financial institution.

3. Subscription Cancellation

3.1. Right to Cancel Renewal: You have the right to cancel the automatic renewal of your membership subscription at any time. 3.2. Cancellation Process (PMPro): Cancellation must be performed by you through your Account Settings on the Site using the following steps: 1. Log In to your account. 2. Go to the My Account page. 3. Navigate to My Memberships. 4. Select your active membership. 5. Choose the Cancel option to stop all future recurring payments. 3.3. Continued Access: Upon cancellation, your membership will remain active and you will retain full access to all paid content and community features until the end of your current paid billing cycle (the day before your next renewal date). 3.4. No Further Charges: Your subscription will not be renewed, and you will not be charged again once the current paid term expires.

4. Exceptions

4.1. Technical Failure: Refunds will only be considered in the event of a total, extended failure of the Service that prevents all subscribers from accessing the Site or its content for a period exceeding 7 days, where such failure is directly attributable to the Site and not external factors. 4.2. Discretionary Refunds: Any other refund request is at the sole discretion of Freya Lusty.

5. Policy Amendments
